WalletConnect request popover

Problem

When users connect an external third party app to gnosis Safe via WalletConnect there is no indication that a connection and been requested. Currently the connection happens automatically without a user knowing about it unless they check a dApps screen

Solution

Design a request popover component:

Shown when an app request a connection to gnosis Safe
Displays logo / app name / website (?)
Educates a user about the possible consequences
Explicitly asks for a user's consent.
