Create a basic prototype for 'Create New Safe' flow #55

Create a simplified version of the Safe's creation as an MVP version. The goal is to fit all the parameters on one screen by providing extra information for the users to make the onboarding easier.

Important note: Review screen is highly valuable (as shown in the user tests , so it is better to split the flow into 2 screens:

Confirmation screen gives a feeling of ease, so it needs to be a part of the prototype that comes after the loading screen.

The UI can be re-used for Safe modifications.
