Bug description on-ramp]No empty screen with Buy crypto for the just created safes via mobile app Steps To Reproduce

Go to the Gnosis chain and create a safe via mobile app
check Assets page after safe creation Current result: There is no "Buy crypto" button on the assets page . Verified app version 3.22.0 ( 1901)
