Add Candide Labs Social Recovery Module #438

This PR adds the Candide Labs social recovery module to the repository. It was done by importing the candide-contracts package at the specific audit commit, and then adding deployment scripts and documentations to support our release flows.

~~I'm waiting on the finalized audit report from Ackee to merge this.~~ Edit: final audit report has been added.
