Upgrading the Certora CLI version to the latest one #472

Currently, the 4337 Certora FV check uses 7.3.0 and could be upgraded to the latest (at the time of writing, the latest version is 7.6.3)

This might entail some changes to the spec, and might not be as straightforward as changing the version.
