Update apps docs with the new manifest.json format #481

Overview

https://docs.gnosis-safe.io/build/sdks/safe-apps/releasing-your-safe-app mentions old properties such as iconPath

Goals

Update the docs

Docs are ready but not published yet because backend still relies on iconPath so that's why we still support both ways but docs point to old method. When backend stops using this property we would be able to update the docs

@dasanra https://github.com/safe-global/safe-client-gateway/issues/862 it seems that the backend doesn't use the manifest at all anymore
