Enable Ramp on additional chains #784

Overview

Add support for these chains: Arbitrum, Base, Celo, zkSync Era, zkEVM (Ramp itself supports them)

Requirements

Add the corresponding native assers to this dictionary: https://github.com/safe-global/safe-react-apps/blob/development/apps/ramp-network/src/ramp.ts#L9-L16
