After setup, each of these safes received ETH, USDC, USDT, or DAI. within 60 minutes of the tokens being deposited into these safes over 98% of the tokens deposited where withdrawn and then these safes where never interacted with again.
That's not true, even just looking at the first 2 shows that your explanation doesn't fit.

The dataset was built by finding each safe that fist and last interactions were less than 60 mintes apart and over 98% of the tokens deposite where withdrawn in this period.
