Apart from empty wallets, all other wallets have direct transations with owner 1.

From all analysis above, we can conclude that all owner and Safe address are actually controlled by one person, i means, airdrop farmer.

Methodology

Through the api provided by etherscan api doc, use python to create a script to get the contract creator address, save it to a local csv file and sort the wallet addresses, the same wallet addresses will be sorted together.

These addresses have store a sizable amount of USDT for some time. Store of value is legit use of the Safe.
