FYI: I think my selection criteria as to which Safes to report are even more rigid than what others did. Even Safes that only had this one "swapOwner" tx but were sent even a negligible amount of HEX (or any other token, fwiw) were deemed eligible by me and thus not included in this report.
I also tried my best to double-check whether or not there are many duplicates in this list of reported addresses that can also be found in previous reports, and I removed all of them. There might still be a hand full of them still out there, but pretty sure there aren't many.
My other reports #493 #494 #495 #497 #498 #500 #502 are all following the same rigid approach when it comes to this.
Since you have made a number of similar reports (#493, #494, #495, #497, #498, #500, #502), I am going to respond for all of them here.
Thanks for the report. Also, as I've written on some reports before, it's most likely not the typical airdrop farming but rather unused pre-provisioned Safes. Since the SAFE allocation would be a waste, I think it's a valid report and should be considered.
82 of your Safes have been reported by someone else before, leaving 2122. I won't paste them all here, the complete list will be visible in the commit connected to this issue.
This means a quite high reward, more in the range of the guardians program / Safe ecosystem allocation rather than the user allocation. Please use these Safe token wisely and we would appreciate if you'd become an active and vocal part of our community.
Congrats! Did you use Dune to get tx history? I missed these addresses created by 0x5769 in my report #365 probably because Etherscan API has a limit on the result size.

Reasoning
The interesting thing about 0x5769770f5efe8fb017fb09b6de3b2d096668377d is that it creates Safes in batches of up to 20 and more, with one contract call. After that the Safes remain not used until a "SwapOwner" transaction is made.
After this "SwapOwner" tx (handover of the Safe), all of the reported addresses were involved in no further transactions. No user tx.
Methodology
I went through all Safes created by 0x5769770f5efe8fb017fb09b6de3b2d096668377d and where 0xDf21b894A490Cbdf49d9De7B9D780b79f7CB0AC7 executed the transactions.
I then filtered out those that more activity than just this "SwapOwner tx", as to not include legitimate users of StakerApp in this report.
