What is the feature about

This allows users to change their already registered email address from the Settings. Blocked by

This depends on #3145

The list of requirements

[x] Show an edit option in the recovery email settings section
[x] Show an info if the email is not verified with an option to verify it
[x] It should be possible to enter an email address and subsequently a verification code
[x] There should be an error visible in case something fails
[x] There should be a success view on success
