Counterfactual safes in My Accounts when disconnected #3820

Counterfactual safes are shown in My Accounts even if the wallet is disconnected, or another wallet is connected that is not an owner of these accounts.

Expected results

My Accounts should show only accounts owned by the currently connected wallet (including counterfactually created accounts).
