Safe app is not loaded because there is no ?safe.. in the URL

Bug description

The safe app is not loaded because there is no ?safe=addres in the URL.

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: any
• Chain: any

Steps to reproduce

1.Try to open

• https://app.safe.global/apps
• https://app.safe.global/apps/open?safe=&appUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fdapp.figment.io%2Fstaking Current result: safe app app can not be loaded page is displayed

Expected result

For the first URL the ?safe should be part of url or we should redirect back to the home or my accounts page For the second URL , I would redirect too or inform that safe should be selected For safe apps we are requesting autoconnect to the safe , so the safe address might be mandatory
