Native swap card in custom apps should be removed #3887

Bug description

The "Native swap" card that is shown at the beginning of the apps list, is also showing in the custom apps section. It shouldn't be there

Environment

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any safe in ETH network
  2. Go to custom apps

Expected result

Only the card to add custom apps should be there

Obtained result

The "native swap" card is there
