What is the feature about

Add an extra environment variable to modify the header and footer, such as the logo, social media links, footer text, etc.

Then package it into Docker, so I can pull from hub.docker.com/r/safeglobal/safe-wallet-web.

The current setup is using github.com/safe-global/safe-infrastructure.

Definitely is! If we can move away from forks to something totally configurable, it'll make it easier for external providers to catch up with new releases
