Determine deployment strategy for PrivateKit Server #26

Considering a Serverless design, AWS Lambda.

One consideration still being discussed is the persistence layer, i.e. need to manage a Postgres database, backups, etc. Hard to get around that.

The application-level simplification being discussed is moving away from Kubernetes and into Lambda. @ppadmanabhan-sf states that it will be possible to use both, application itself won't care.

Update: @ppadmanabhan-sf shares that server is available to be deployed anywhere. Sam: To start, PCI (Path Check Inc.) will be hosting in heroku.
