Undo #45 fixing sunset to sunrise pause - breaks smartmeter recording #49

As discussed in issue: https://github.com/safepay/sensor.fronius/issues/47 , the latest PR #45 broke smart meter recordings at night.

This PR reverts this change, to fix the component for users who have their inverter running 24/7, i.e. after the panels are no longer producing power (for power monitoring).

Fixed by https://github.com/safepay/sensor.fronius/pull/50 . Includes additional configuration option always_log.
