Failing tests #10

Hello,

I tried to create a failing unit test for https://github.com/safesparrow/fsharp/pull/9 because I think I may have found a solution/workaround.

It is currently still a quite frustrating experience to collaborate on this branch. I'll leave some pointers in this PR.
