Q: duplicate links? #8

Hi again, just a question: if this behaviour is currently to be expected?

In the graph.Graph dictionary I saw that some files have the same file listed multiple times as a dependency. I assume this isn't really noticeable in the grand scheme of things but I was wondering if it is known behaviour and can be avoided?
