Contributing WIP of TotM UA #76

I'm opening a pull request for this as I don't see any other way to contribute WIPs. I wouldn't recommend just merging tho.

I finished the Small variant of the Plasmoid from the Travelers of the Multiverse UA for use in the later script. Be free to just copy my work or modify it :)

Apologies for not replying sooner, life got in the way and I didn't really check this GitHub. I have since updated this repo with the aforementioned UA. You'll notice that there are some differences between your code and mine, mainly the omission of variants because that is no longer necessary since v13.0.8 (thankfully). Also, the trait description you have doesn't fit on the (colourful) sheet very well, something to keep in mind for the future.

Regardless, thank you very much for your contributed. Please do not feel discouraged to make more pull requests in the future. I promise to be more engaging!
