The court recognizes the evidence of automated testing, but also notes it was added in a separate commit to the implementation it was testing. M'lud wonders whether it was perhaps lost down the back of the couch for a while?

The court is correct, contemporaneous documentation of contemporaneous implementation and testing (of the early commits) is indeed lost down the back of the couch of the logs of the operators of https://swish.swi-prolog.org/. Should the court wish to subpoena these documents, the applicant will be supportive, but in stead presents documented eyewitness accounts :)
