We have OpenMRS Version: 1.8.2 Build 21762 in production.
Currently installed are Reporting Compatibility 1.5.4.1, and XForms
4.0.8. the ODK-Clinic Daniel sent me works with this server configuration.

"I created odkclinic 1.0 apk from the repo source and used odk collect 1.1.5 on 
the phone side. I then connected to a server running openmrs 1.8.0 and xforms 
module version 4.0.8.1 and i was able to download cohorts, patients and forms.

I therefore attach here for you the apk's am using as well as xforms module 
4.0.8.1. Please test them and let us know how it goes.

Should it work or fail, please use the latest xforms module (4.0.9.1) also to 
test and let us know also how it goes.

NB:
The apps herein have not been customized whatsoever from the stock versions of 
both clinic 1.0 and collect 1.1.5 as well as xform-module 4.0.8.1"
