Recordings are Dark #29

I have no idea why, but for some reason, regardless of container; the recorded video is dark.

What SteamOS version? Do you have OpenDeckStream installed?

This bug started with 3.5 alpha and remains in the current stable SteamOS at least on the non-oled version, it looks like the result of Valve messing around with hdr settings. It is reproducible in decky recorder, ods and obs. The only fix I found is to enable decky recorder before opening OBS in game mode so that the recording colors become correct and then I can disable decky recorder and record something in OBS (i prefer it because of bitrate settings and 15 minute replay buffer size)

@RblSb can you please check if the issue persists in the latest preview?

I tested 0.4.0 from the testing store and was unable to repeat this bug after several reboots, after which this usually happened with the previous versions. So this bug remains only for ods/obs. Have you changed anything regarding gstreamer settings in recent months?
