Use last selected length for shortcut clips #37

These are changes to the short clip behavior so that if you manually request a longer clip, that time length will be used going forward for when you use the Steam + Start shortcut, instead of always rolling back to the 30s. Expected to reset on restart or manual selection of a different time length. There are no other changes to the behavior or functionality.

Thoughts on instead having this persist through settings? The way you're doing it the last clip time will get reset after a reboot.

I am not opposed to the idea of having it be a setting, though the intent here was a small change in behavior to be in line with what I intuitively expected.
