RPM installer | Commands not in the path #100

$ file -b portmaster-installer.rpm
RPM v3.0 bin i386/x86_64 portmaster-1.0.0~2-1
$ rpm -qpl portmaster-installer.rpm | grep portmaster-start
/opt/safing/portmaster/portmaster-start

Hello. Once the RPM file's program is installed in Gnome (edition 45) using dnf:

$ portmaster-start -h
bash: portmaster-start: command not found...

Hence portmaster-start is not in the path, which may indicate an improper installation.

$ /opt/safing/portmaster/portmaster-start -h | head -1
Start Portmaster components
