Update portmaster_notifier.desktop #53

Updated the Exec link to: /opt/safing/portmaster instead of `/var/lib/postmaster

thank you a lot for your pull requests! However, sadly the same thing happened here as in https://github.com/safing/portmaster-packaging/pull/57.

Please read this post for the details, and the same applies to you, I am sorry that your efforts turned out to be fruitless this time. That is totally on us! Daniel merged all our changes in #58 so at least this repo is up to date again. Closing this as your suggestions have been implemented.
