Add installer for Solus Linux #65

What would you like to add or change?: Add installer for Solus Linux

Why do you and others need this?: Solus uses eopkg so none of the current installers work and having an easy way to install portmaster there would be great as Solus is a very nice distro to use.

Hey @Raiyan-AP, thanks for the suggestion!

I don't think we have the resources to provide an installer for Solus in the near future. We are, however, thinking about creating a generic install script that would work on any systemd based distro.
