Fix iptables dependency for deb packages #90

We use go-iptables which in turn uses the iptables binary, so we need to have a dependency for the iptables package

This has been tested on a clean install of Debian 12, if you need me to test it on a clean install of Ubuntu as well just let me know but I can't see how it would break.

I don't know yet when we will do the next release though - hopefully soon.
