Lando/Docker: Allowing Outgoing/Incoming Rules for local urls does not work

What did not work?

Using Lando (which relies on Docker) for development.

When you spin up a site in Lando, you get a local URL ala https://myapp.lndo.site/.

• The browser reports that the site can't be reached because DNS address could not be found
• Checking portmaster logs the site is indeed blocked (as expected)
• But, adding the URL as Allow under Outgoing Rules and Incoming Rules under App Setting (in this case the browser), does not work
• Tested in Firefox and Brave, with and without SPN enabled, and after restarting postmaster.service

Whenever I do development, I need to disable the portmaster service entirely.
