Install isc-dhcp-server #1

I get an error message that isc-dhcp-server is not installed when running this command: r$ service isc-dhcp-server restart & dhcpd -f -4 -cf /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf & I had to install isc-dhcp-server first. This had to be done directly on the Ubuntu VM. First run apt update and then apt install isc-dhcp-server.
