Add/Update Angleproject (GLES2 for Windows) sources/libraries

Feature description:

The angleproject version is still on r618 and provide only compiled ".dll" and 
".lib" but no ".a" for MinGW (GCC) support.

As for angleproject r1259 and above, there should be a fix for compiling with 
GCC/MinGW directly with the sources.

Could you add the new angleproject sources in "/Dependencies/Win32/gles2/" (or 
"/Dependencies/Sources/")

Or

Simply update the current ones and add a ".a" for GCC/MinGW support?

Well, seems that you know more about Angleproject than anyone else here :D. 
Actually I never ever used it, but if you want to contribute and fix this and 
provide a patch, I will submit it.

Hmm,..actually I wonder why someone would want to use gles2 on win at all 
beside testing gles2 specific stuff. Can you tell me a reasonable cause? Just 
curious...
