TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'on')

Describe the bug We were using this component since long back, but recently we are facing an issue since july 1st, we have gone through the history of this component, dependencies got updated, Can you respond back as soon as possible. Most needed functionality please check.

Expected behavior Because of above errors app should be blocking so unable to access the page vue-file-agent version 1.7.3, [Node JS]<= 14.x kindly give the solution. A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Looks like downgrading to 1.7.2 stops triggering the error
