ci: test for successful android builds #18

We should have a CI pipeline that tests building the android APK.

To keep it simple, this issue excludes is any actual unit/integration/acceptance/etc. tests.

Benefits:

Ensures that the app remains buildable
Self-documenting on how to build an android APK

Limitations:

Does not catch runtime errors
Does not perform any kinds of actual testing
