The current SAFT agreement is written in ma manner that it expects the issue and the buyer to countersign the agreement. This process is not scaleable in modern Internet era where the amount of participants are counted in hundreds and thousands.

My suggestion is to make the agreement a clickthrough agreement

where the buyer accepts the terms of sale by clicking a checkout
the agreement is madew binding when the buyer makes a payment (cryptocurrency or otherwise)

We used this agreement in a click-through fashion with CoinList and the Filecoin sale, using these forms. i.e. electronic signatures. (think of how services like docusign.com write sigs-- similar sig written by clickthrough agreement)
