Is it possible to break into pages or at least chunk into sections based on theme?
Its possible, but need some work in frontend. Need some more time to implement that. maybe we can implement them in next phase

Can you write them down somewhere? Its hard to see the mockup and write them in code.
Other one is going to be fixed

Tenue rate-->Estimate tenure rate for new professors Male/Female inputs can be merged to 1 field--> Estimate gender ratio (% women faculty) Children-->if yes, ask how many 'have you had to deal with HR+how did they handle it' can be 1 input field Annual salary->Annual salary (USD)
