Allow tracking of game, VAC, community and economy bans directly in SAGE.
This would either require a user supplied API key or one managed by SAGE (which will send all your account's steam ids to SAGE servers).
Support for sending notifications was added in b4: sag-enhanced/native-app@bf43254a95fdfa9ec7b65597f3f164770c6efc89 (its not very pretty though)
No need for external programs or the Steam Ban Tracker discord bot.
