Somehow I think there were more questions in the FAQ before.. (i) can Andre L &/or Melissa confirm that we've not lost some in the transition, (ii) irrespective of point i, are there other questions/common gotchas that we should add to the FAQ?
PS: How do you assign 2 people to a ticket/issue? :)
