bootstrap file not available #151

Updated distribution. The bucket is now hosted at the S3 using the radical account. So you should be able to modify with these credentials and the script in the /scripts/create_python_dist.sh (requires s3cmd installed).

Thanks Andre, the agent runs now. Haven't tried updating yet, didn't need it so far.
