bigjob_agent.py: num_cpus in init_local() is not converted to an integer #158

Sorry Matteo. I'm not sure how I missed this issue.

https://github.com/saga-project/BigJob/commit/a07d26330beb3deb34681d3798fc6e8008564137 fixes this. Pull the master and you should be good to go.
