PJ goes through Q and exits Q on Stampede but BJ script doesn't quit #83

On Stampede, I see the behavior by looking at showq. My PilotJob goes through the queue and is in the "Running" state. My job then exits the queue, but BJ still searches for the PilotJob. Maybe an issue with the slurm adaptor? Not sure! But it should exit if the PJ exits the queue.
