Generalize and Extend XSEDE Tutorial #66

(Relevant parts) from Melissa's email:

  1. Provide an example where people can submit remotely (i.e. from their local laptop to remote resource), but importantly submit, shut their laptop go away and reconnect,
  2. Extend examples for both Bliss and BigJob such that they don't require special Lonestar accounts, but will be stand-alone.
  3. Bliss: provide ability to get jobs by their name. Job naming is available with SGE and Condor.
  4. Extend example to include offline exercise example for key-exchange and submission to say Ranger and Lonestar [i.e. as in the C++ case]
  5. Bliss: specify working directory in "Putting It All Together" example so that people running from locations other than their $HOME (i.e. $SCRATCH) will not lose their output files.
