Unless the beginning of a sentence, please use pilot-job.

And be careful to use BigJob for the specific instance and pilot-job for the concept.

I'm trying to fix as I go along but we should all be careful of using BigJob where required and pilot-job where appropriate.

if using "the Pilot Job" then please use "Pilot-Job".
