Some poor interaction between the two props forced a deselection of items when navigating through select fields with the keyboard

Add a check in select() to prevent tab press from selecting the value when dropdown is closed
Switch default value of deselectFromDropdown prop to reduce changes of poor interaction with the selectOnTab prop
