Improve plotting capabilities by adding more diagnostics plots.

Cell size distribution
Histograms for markers

Addressed in #69 Syntax is: img.pl.histogram("area")

Wolfgang noted that it would be better to just show users how to export the data and use pyplot on it themselves. So this method should be removed
