A problem using Timthumb #296

Hi,
It would be very nice if someone could help me, I get an error when using 
timthumb :
http://test10.ktooba.com/r.php?src=team/djs/2.jpg&w=180&h=240
the php file is "r.php" and the adress of the image 
http://test10.ktooba.com/team/djs/2.jpg

Are you using timthumb correctly? What is the source code in r.php?
When addressing timthumb the structure should be something like
<img src="http://yoururl.com/timthumb.php?src=/team/djs/2.jpg&w=180&h=240" />
