UML sequence diagram error with object deletion #14

The sequence diagram in the screenshot below shows that the object x:XYZ command has been deleted but the lifeline continues to extend even after the X Screenshot 2020-11-13 at 3.03.10 PM.png

It is a flaw in PlantUML which has been brought to attention during tutorial.

Reason for disagreement: Readers might not be aware that this flaw exists and they are not aware of it being addressed in tutorial. I feel that the flaw should be mentioned in the guide.
