UG does not state that tags should be alphanumeric #4

When trying to add the tag right shoulder the app gives the error that tags should be aplhanumeric. This constraint is not mentioned in the UG form update/add commands.

Thank you for the feedback.

This behavior is inherited from AB3’s edit command (eg. "edit 1 t/right shoulder"), hence we reject this bug report.

Reason for disagreement: No reasoning provided for downgrading severity. I don't agree with the severity of very low. This is not a purely cosmetic flaw and it may appear often. For the same reason, I feel it should be medium severity.
