Incorrect command in manual testing of DG #6

The manual testing for adding a goal gives the command goal c\360 at\09-11-2020 which does not successfully add a goal (as expected from the developer guide instructions). Instead it gives an invalid command format error.

It is a typo. There are other valid examples in the UG moreover the error message also aids the user.
