The currently implemented comparison mechanism is merely a placeholder. Implement a new scoring algorithm The new algorithm should:

inuitively generate a comparison method.
should return a singular value of score
returned score should be normalised to be within a range.
The score calculation should be interpretable.
suitable methods should be used for keyword identification.
The keywords then should be matched.
the no. of keywords matched should be normalised by the no. of keywords in JD
