Add an example showing how to retrieve geospatial information, and examples of how to plot this data.

This looks neat based on the output of the notebook!

Unfortunately, it seems that I'm having an issue with the cartopy package. (I'm on an M1 MBP, so every now and then this happens.)

I'll merge the PR and then create an issue to look into this later.
